| With numerous staff members and students sick, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel school at all levels for the next two days (Wednesday and Thursday) due to lack of capacity and to limit spread. We recognize that many of our older students have childcare responsibilities at home and would not be able to attend were we to cancel only elementary grades. Our goal is to ensure that all staff and students can be healthy and well next week rather than continuing to spread illness at school and cycle through long term absences. If you need food, resources, or supplies during the unexpected closure, please contact Sue Wilson at 971-678-7829 or reply thru remind or Facebook. We will reschedule our Walk to School and Dental Screening events and communicate new dates soon! We’ve calculated instructional hours and will not be required to make up these two days at year’s end. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility! |
