The Community Center Vision

Support the Mapleton Community Center Capital Campaign

Thank you for supporting the transformation of our former middle school building into the Mapleton Community Center. This community-driven project will create a vibrant space for learning, connection, health, and economic opportunity. Planned spaces include a commercial incubator kitchen, community health and resource room, teen center, makerspace, meeting spaces, and other community-focused amenities.

Every contribution helps bring this vision to life. As part of our campaign, donors who contribute $5 or more may choose to have their name displayed on a vinyl leaf as part of a permanent community mural in the building. This mural will celebrate the many individuals, families, businesses, and organizations who helped make the Community Center possible.

At Mapleton School District, we are working alongside students, families, and community partners to build Oregon’s model rural community school. Your support helps create opportunities for learning, wellness, entrepreneurship, and community connection for generations to come.

The video above highlights our vision for the Community Center and its connection to student learning and community vitality.
