Basketball Victories!!
Congratulations to our girls’ basketball team for their 45-38 tiebreaker win over Eddyville to earn 2nd place in league play and officially qualify for the state tournament!! The team beat #1 and #2 in back to back nights and are peaking at the perfect time. Thank you fans for packing the stands in Alsea with less than 24 hours notice! The team plays Mohawk again on Saturday at 1pm at Junction City for a chance at #1 seeding out of the Mountain West region. Our undefeated league champion boys’ team plays at 1130am at JC for #1 seeding as well. Come on out and root our Sailors on to victory!!
