School Cancelled Tuesday 1/16
Hello Mapleton Families, I hope you are finding ways to stay safe and warm, I’m sending this announcement early so people can help spread the word as power and phones are out Upriver. School is cancelled for Tuesday 1/16. At this point, 36 and 126 are not safe or open for school transportation. Additionally, we are expecting more snow/ice Tuesday afternoon before this storm/freeze let up. For forward planning, please know the impacts of that weather may cause additional closures this week, I will update as we know more. Thank you all for taking care of your neighbors and community, it has been inspiring to watch people help each other on social media this weekend. Thank you, Sue
